Online Reputation Management

As the name implies, Online Reputation Management (ORM) is the process of managing perceptions of a corporate entity or even an individual on the Internet, web-based networking sites, social media, and Search Engine Result Pages (SERPs). Corporate Reputation Management is another term for it. If the entity whose reputation is being managed is a brand rather than a corporate, the Reputation Management Services could also be referred to as Brand Reputation Management Services.
